CONDITIONS. 6. The coupons contained herein will be accepted at the authorized tariff fares and charges under the following conditions. 7. THIS TICKET IS ONLY GOOD FOR TRANSPORTATION WHEN PRESENTED TO CONDUCTOR ON TRAIN AND IS NOT EXCHANGEABLE FOR TICKETS AT TICKET OFFICES. 8. Holder shall submit such identification, in addition to that required in Section 2, in form of billposting contracts, show tickets or other satisfactory evidence, as may be requested by conductor. 9. If other than the person whose name is shown in credentials, with which this ticket must be presented, as provided herein, attempts to use this book it will thereby become void and will be confiscated by any agent or conductor to whom presented, who will collect lawful tariff fare. 10. The holder of this ticket is entitled to transportation of not to exceed 150 pounds of personal baggage, and in addition will be allowed to carry free in baggage cars advertising matter, material and tools, but the combined weight of personal baggage and advertising matter, material and tools, shall not in any case exceed 300 pounds. 11. Good for excess baggage charges (excess weight, excess size, excess valuation) as authorized in baggage tariffs. 12. The person by whom this ticket is used assumes all risk of accident, injury or damage to person, baggage or property and by accepting and using this book expressly agrees that the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for injury to the person or for loss or damage to the baggage or other property of the passenger using it, whether such injury, loss or damage be caused by the negligence of the agents or employees of the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad, or otherwise, howsoever. 13. If ticket contains insufficient coupons, the difference will be collected in cash. 14. Coupons will not be accepted unless detached by conductor, baggage agent or other authorized employee. 15. Coupons not bearing same number as this cover, or detached coupons, presented without a cover, will not be honored. 16.
