Photographer: Mel Kiernan, Hoboken. 1: view north from 14th and Hudson Streets of the south side of the building which borders Fifteenth Street (address of the Tea Building is now 1500 Washington St. but sign on fence identifies it as "1500 Hudson" project) from Hudson to Washington to Bloomfield Streets, (all of these streets to were extended 15th St. when the building was finished.) Note that the north building (left) has a number of the new windows already in place. 2: view northwest of the Lipton Tea building with the former United States Testing Co. building at 1500 Park Ave. building in the left background. That building shows it without windows as it was converted to a parking garage for several years before being demolished in 2013.
