The Lipton division of Continental Foods was based in Hoboken during this era. An advertising premium or novelty. Pamphlet, 5" wide x 6-7/8" high, 16 pp. including covers. Printed in full color. A small recipe and menu suggestion booklet for Lipton Noodle Soup (not Chicken Noodle Soup.) A low key advertising item with no cover mention of the product being promoted or the brand which first appears on page 3. Back has a depiction of the package. It carries the Continental Foods name and is listed as the manufacturer at the bottom edge of the package (see detail image.) Date range is suggested by the package style, recipes and the photographs of the table settings with the prepared foods. While it may be slightly earlier than 1947, it is unlikely to be later than 1952. Food rationing during World War II and the years after make it unlikely to date it in the war years.
