Handwitten above the buttons in red ink is "Winner" over a gold printed line which appears to have been the intended spot for a style or stock number. Not known if the line was called Winner or if they were the winner of some competition.
Buttons are displayed singlely in the printed boxes with color numbers above each one except for black which is named as such.
Seven digit phone numbers with exchange names were introduced in NYC and Hoboken in 1930.
