A promotional booklet about the history of the coconut palm tree, the food and its qualities with occasional mention of Franklin Baker methods and products. It is a low key advertising piece. The back cover is a depiction of a Baker's Coconut Can being poured onto a cake; it is the only prominent place that the company name appears along with the Hoboken address.
