Photographer not stated, but attributed to Ted Conrad. Reverse of all are blank. 1: View north of clock tower at Adams and Third Streets. 2: View southwest of the Adams Street facade towards Third Street. 3: View east on Third Street from west of Jefferson St. 4: View of the back side of the plant building bordering on Jefferson St.
