It is one in series of dated photos documenting the construction of this building, 2014.070.1702 to 2014.070.1708. photo 1: View is south. Note elevated streetcar line on Ferry St. (now Observer Highway). Men are preparing footings for new structure. Concrete forms at right with reinforcing rods are nearly ready for pouring foundation for steel framed structure. photo 2: view is from opposite end of work site (to north) of the same area.
