Printed paper (plain back - no adhesive) 2-7/16" high x 3-1/4" wide. The stock prescription (or a patent medicine?) is dated in the printed text as 1882, but Charles H. Schmidt as the successor to A. Semrad would not have used the street address of 304 on Washington Street before 1892. (Semrad's was at 304 when it was known as 128 Washington Street; the street number was changed to 304 in 1892.) Schmidt was at no. 304 until at least 1907; 1910 directory shows him at no. 320.
