This railroad was part of the Erie Railroad and became part of the combined Erie and Lackawanna Railroads in October 1960. Even into the 1960s it still had its own schedules and tickets which made no mention of operators. Since 1956 it had been operating from Hoboken which is the terminal station on this suburban train with the other end of the line being Spring Valley.
R.H. Taylor, Passenger Traffic Manager, is listed. He oversaw the operations for the Erie Lackawanna.
