Original print 8" x 10" wide mounted on heavy photographers mount, trimmed to print border. Reverse is blank. Photographer is unknown. None of the people are identified.
The Fabian was on the southwest corner of Newark and Washington Sts. The view is looking northeast. The marquee features a William Powell film "For the Defense" which was released in 1930. Also on the marquee are Davey Lee and Sonny Boy in a stage show. The car in front of the theatre has window signage and a banner for Davey Lee's Pontiac.
At left in the background at the northeast corner of Newark and Washington Streets is the cigar store, A. Schulte.
