DescriptionSign: Medical. Parking lot space sign from Maxwell House Coffee plant, Hoboken recovered ca. 2000. White plastic with red plastic laminate both sides, 6" x 10-1/2" wide. Engraved letters in white. Item has been spray painted white on the front after plant closure covering all except edges where it was held in metal frame (stainless steel pocket - see below) open on the right end. (Back has text done with broad marker: " 12 [underlined] pockets C S/S [stainless steel]." It was recovered from a metal frame (pocket) in parking lot on Hudson Street near 1125 entrance. The Medical Department was in Building 3. Original date of manufacture not established. Probably used circa 1970-1992 (plant closure.)
