Reverse has a paragraph of historical text. No manufacturer's mark.

This Church is dedicated to the Greater Glory of God and in loving memory of a little child, Julia Augusta Stevens, a daugher of Edwin Augustus and Martha Bayard (Dod) Stevens, born May 18, 1862, Castle Stevens, Castle Point, Hoboken, New Jersey, died in Rome, Italy, December 26, 1870. This Church was erected by her mother.
