View is east and in the summer with buildings on the west side of Hudson Street from Eleventh to Twelfth Streets seen at bottom. Almost all of the 11 acre factory site is seen as redevelopment plans were being considered. Note at the left edge the corner of Twelfth St. curving into Frank Sinatra Drive North: The barren land to the left would become The North Independence apartment building of the The Shipyard development with construction in 2001. Note the parking lot just to the west of that land. See photo 2011.018.0006 for another aerial looking southwest that confirms the development date
