Lithographed duo-tone color plate as removed from publication at unknown date; 4-1/2" high x 7" wide. Artist / engraver not identified. Dampstain visible in lower left quadrant. Reverse shows stain from mounting adhesive; several penciled notes in varying hands, mostly numerals.

An artist's bird's-eye view of the River looking north from what would be about Fifth to Sixth Streets in modern times. Hoboken at the left shows River Walk (later River Road and now Frank Sinatra Drive) and Castle Point. (Sybil's Cave is not seen; it would have been around the bend on the path where the three people are shown.)
