The album is a blue canvas three-ring binder, hand-lettered title in ink on spine and front cover, with plastic album pages with all content mounted with adhesive on black paper. Thirty-six leaves present. All leaves scanned both sides with multiple scans done to show overlapping or folded items.
Contents:
-over 100 newsclippings from various Hoboken, Jersey City or New York newspapers or newsletters focused on Hoboken real estate (but some have articles on other cities) and the issues such displacement, arson and protests. One relates to the Hoboken pier development. All were published in 1982.
Compiler unknown. This album, along with 4 related ones, was mailed on June 22, 2000 by Paul Morton from Brooklyn, N.Y. to Tom Olivieri, c/o City Hall, 94 Washington St., Room 5, Hoboken, N.J. It was received at City Hall and held for Olivieri who had been employed by the City of Hoboken as Tenant Advocate. The package was not received by him at that time and he retired from City Hall in 2001. He retrieved the albums in 2014 shortly before his death.
