First Sundays Sinatra Singer Series
Saturday, June 4, 2016 • 4pm
Location: Hoboken Historical Museum, 1301 Hudson St., (201) 656-2240
On the first Sunday of every month, except on June 5, when we’re hosting the annual Secret Garden Tour, the Museum is hosting a series of Sinatra songbook performers to help us celebrate Frank Sinatra’s centennial year. Join us on Saturday, June 4, at 4 pm for this month’s performer, Jack McDade.
Singer, comedian, radio personality are some of the names given to versatile performer, who was Dick Clark’s very first musical guest on American Bandstand in July of 1956 in Philadelphia, PA. Today, he’s still an active and vibrant recording artist and public radio personality who’s in demand for his vocal and comedy performances with audiences of all ages. Jack’s weekly radio show “Singers & Songs” has been a listener favorite for the past five years. His latest CD, “Jack McDade Celebrates 100 Years of Sinatra,” will be available for purchase for $10, a portion of which will be donated to the Museum.
$5 suggested donation.
