Bird Walk with Jeff Train

In honor of the Museum’s Upper Gallery Exhibit “Terns on Parade: The Art and Story of Hoboken’s Honorary Bird,” join birder and exhibit curator Jeffrey Train for a bird walk!

Join local teacher, birder, co-founder of Our Tern, and now exhibit curator, Jeff Train, for a special birding event “Discovering Birds & Resilience in the NorthwesTERN Park” on Saturday, April 11th at 10am. The starting point is at Alessio’s Terrace located at 1201 Madison Street.
Observe Hoboken’s honorary bird, the tern, and discover other birds present in our community for this outdoor session with Jeff as our guide. All ages welcome, but please register in advance.
This bird walk is part of a series of events tied to the Museum’s Upper Gallery exhibit curated by Jeff, “Terns on Parade: The Art and Story of Hoboken’s Honorary Bird.” This group show runs March 15-April 26, 2026.
