Hoboken Talks: Jeanne Fahrenbach, co-founder of Hoboken Rainbow Family, with Ally Blumenfeld

Jeanne Fahrenbach (she/her) is the co-founder, with her wife, of Hoboken Rainbow Family. The organization has been active since June 2021. Its mission is “to increase visibility and normalize the presence and lives of LGBTQ+ (rainbow) individuals and families in the Hoboken community.” Jeanne and her wife also started a Girl Scout troop this year for their non-binary 7 year-old. Jeanne is a member of the Stonewall Chorale, the nation’s first LGBT choir. She first lived in Hoboken in 2010, and moved back here in 2018.
The Museum is pleased to welcome first-time guest host Ally Blumenfeld (she/her). She is the Outreach Coordinator Librarian at the Hoboken Public Library. She and her wife live and raise their 2 year old daughter in Bloomfield, NJ.
