Celebrate Black History month by learning about the remarkable life of New Jersey native Paul Robeson. Visit the Hoboken Museum on Sunday, Feb. 9, at 4 pm, for a multi-media celebration of the great American actor and activist by actor Grant Cooper and Stevens Institute of Technology African American Studies scholar Dr. Lindsey Swindall. 

 

Cooper and Swindall bring Robeson’s story to life with  historical photos, dramatic readings, discussion, and music.  Copies of Dr. Swindall’s biography of Robeson will be available for purchase.

 

The event is free for Hoboken Museum members (and students), and $5 for nonmembers.
