Hoboken Historical Museum offers a free downloadable Walking Tour Map of Hoboken, thanks to local Girl Scouts’ Silver Award project.

Talented scouts from Troop #12041 created a walking tour app for the Hoboken Museum, helped merchants improve handicap accessibility and hosted workshops to help overcome bullying

For a Silver Award, Girl Scouts work in small groups over the course of several months to plan, complete and report on the results of a community-oriented project. For the Hoboken Museum, three scouts — Ally, Celia and Greta — worked with a walking tour app framework to customize the content and create five separate “Discover Hoboken” walks: Places of Interest, Landmarks and Monuments, Houses of Worship, Hoboken Parks, and Hoboken Eats.
