Summer Enrichment Camp – Session 2: Junior Firefighter’s Day Camp

Ages 4 – 5

July 10 – 14, 2017 • 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

In this summer session, younger children will be introduced to our local community helpers — firefighters. Using the Fire Department Museum, 213 Bloomfield St., as a setting for investigation, young children will learn about fire apparatus and equipment, fire stations, and the everyday life of a firefighter. Discussions on fire safety and awareness will help children understand the dangers of fires and the importance of safety. Storytime, arts and crafts and a trip to a local Hoboken Fire Station will enhance your aspiring firefighter’s camp experience!
