It depicts the U.S. flag at center with the flags of allies displayed from left: Great Britain, Belgium(?), Italy, France. Below is a keystone with the letters "GOP." A World War One item that could have typically been worn by a Hoboken resident, but it does not have a defined Hoboken provenance.
