Apartment building; irregular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 14 bays with 2 projecting pavilions; brick façade; single and double 6/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; crenelated and stepped parapet with gablets; keystone flat arch lintels on second and fourth floors of pavilion bays; brick lintels and stone sills; central stoop, steel and glass double-door entrance; brick porch with square columns and hipped tiled roof; iron railings; fire escape; stone sill courses on first and fourth floors.
