Apartment building complex; Beaux Arts features; irregular plan with 4 recessed courtyards; 6 stories plus raised basement; 3 bays on front façades of 3 wings separated by 2 deeply recessed courtyards; brick façade except stone below the water table; single and double 1/1 sash windows except entry bays; flat roof; parapet with scalloped pinnacles and diamond ornaments; denticulated festooned cornice with medallions; soldier brick lintels except stone foliated architrave trim on fifth floor; stone sills; 2 keystone arch entrances with denticulated cornice flanked by square pilasters; sidewalk awning; fire escapes; stone sill course on fifth floor; decorative diamond, square and rectangular panels; stone water table.
