Tootsie Roll Pops; Filled with Delicious Tootsie Roll; Assorted Flavors; 2 cents each; 80 count. Retailer packaging. Issued by Sweets Company of America, Hoboken, N.J., no date, circa 1940-1950. Two piece box, card stock, printed in red ink, 3-7/8" high x 7-3/8" wide x 10-1/4" deep.
The direction of the edge printing makes it obvious that the top was intended to be inverted and used as a display box as the bottom tray was also intended to be used.
