Punched and stamped metal, two piece, 1-5/8" x 2-1/8" high; window with inserted clear celluloid & inkstamped paper with badge number (97438); border around window has stamped company name in location with black lettering; top has lead rivet sealing the two pieces; pin back. Todd operations in Hoboken ran from 1916 to 1965. Date created is only estimated. See objects 2010.004.0004 for the same type of badge dated Sept. 6, 1949.
