Punched and stamped metal, two piece, 1-5/8" x 2-1/8" high; window with inserted clear celluloid & inkstamped paper with badge number (36392); border around window has stamped company name and location with black lettering; top has lead rivet sealing the two pieces with "Todd" raised lettering on front; pin back. Todd operations in Hoboken ran from 1916 to 1965. Imprinted by ink stamps: numeral 8 at top in medium size black ink; 36392 in center in larger numerals, blue ink; bottom date stamp, Sep 6 1949, in smallest type, black ink.
