Row house apartment building; rectangular plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 4 bays except 3 bays on first floor; brick façade; single 2/2 sash windows except entry bay, 6 central 2/2 arched sash windows, and double 1/1 sash windows on first floor; flat roof; denticulated cornice with festooned frieze; rectangular window heads except arched over 6 central windows; stone sills; central stoop, wood and glass double-door entrance with transom window and iron handrails; corbelled brick string course below second floor sills; stone water table.
