Numbered and dated in image: C1084-41, 4-30-28. The elevated view probably from Hoboken City Hall is looking southeast. The rear of buildings on Hudson Street can be seen with the Terminal Building at the center. The completed fire escapes on the Washington Street side can be seen, the marquee has is nearing completion, and the signs above the marquee are new.
The north face of the Hotel Victor at the northeast corner of Hudson Place (Ferry St.) and Hudson Street can be seen: there is a painted sign for the Lyric Theatre.
