The completed fire escapes on the Washington Street side can be seen, the marquee has is nearing completion, and the signs above the marquee are new. The north face of the Hotel Victor at the northeast corner of Hudson Place (Ferry St.) and Hudson Street can be seen: there is a painted sign for the Lyric Theatre.
