Biscuit cutter for Davis Baking Powder. Issued by R. B. Davis Co., Hoboken, no date, ca. 1910-1930. Stamped and rolled metal, ca. 2-3/8" diameter with hoop handle. Cutter is 7/8" deep; two (of 3) 3/16" diameter holes in top.

A promotional item. Davis made its main product, Baking Powder in Hoboken during the time period this item was issued. They had can making facilities as part of manufacturing and packaging operations at least in the 1920s, but can lids stamped in this same lettering format are known to have been used by them.
The third, bottom, hole of the three in a triangular pattern is embossed, but was not punched out.
