Clear molded plastic, 2-7/8" diameter tray x 3-3/4" wide with the extension tabs x 1/4" thick. Imprinted in gold. An advertising novelty for customers to hold loose change. The corner tabs have triangular feet that allow the item to be picked up and dump out the coins. One foot has a 1965 patent date which establishes the earliest date for the item. The bank at 101 Washington St. changed its name about 1972 to Washington Savings Bank.
