Sign: Tootsie Rolls. Delicious and Chewy. Chromolithographed metal sign issued by the Sweets Company of America, New York or Hoboken, no date, ca. 1930-1942. Sheet metal, 9-3/16" high x 19-9/16" wide. Manufactured by the Donaldson Art Sign Co. (imprint at lower right.) Prior to spring 1938, the Sweets Company was based in New York City. It moved to Hoboken about March 1938.
