Collections Item Detail
Patches & merit badges apparently belonging to a Boy Scout member or scoutmaster of a Hoboken troop, n.d., ca. 1950-1970.
Object/Artifact
Patches and merit badges apparently belonging an unknown Boy Scouts of America member or a scoutmaster of a Hoboken troop, no date, circa 1950-1970.
All are embroidered cloth, varying shapes and sizes. While date ranges are known for some items, there is a range present here without a clear indication of the precise period that any one scout would have worn these items (some are used, others are not used).
Due to that wide date range, they are not probably ones that were earned by a specific scout, but were more likely held by a scoutmaster associated with a troop for a long period (alternately it is possibly an accumulation by a collector or dealer that was the donor's source; provenance not available.)
