Case 2-1/4" diameter x 1/2" thick; folding crank handle; length stamped on closed crank: "25". Back stamped in reel well: "Pat. Applied For". Model number 7270T (number does not appear on object; as listed in 36th edition catalog, 1921.) Tape marked: Excelsior. A pocket tape measure made by K&E whose main office and factory were in Hoboken.
