6 page story "A Lot to See in Hoboken" by Eli Waldron, with illustrative paintings by Marvin Friedman.
Artwork include the Clam Broth House, the Train Terminal, Elysian Park with the sanitorium and adjoining buildings (933, 931, and 927 Hudson Street), and a bilingual shop La Fortuna. The 1968-69 telephone white pages finds an entry for L A Fortuna at 60 3rd St. Friedman includes the number 60 above the door in his work, which places this shop in the parking lot of the bank at 3rd and Washington - built for the Trust Company of New Jersey, a Capital One bank is there as of this writing.
