Apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 6 bays except 5 bays on first floor; brick façade; single and triple 1/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; denticulated and bracketed cornice with medallions; solid central parapet with rotated brick panels; soldier brick lintels and stone window sills; central wood and glass double-door entrance with transom window and protruding denticulated arched door head with iron brackets; fire escape with balconies and convex balusters; soldier brick string courses at first floor and basement lintel levels.
