In this building, scientists worked on the "perfect cup" of coffee in a tea bag. Also a 50/50 blend of decaffeinated and regular was researched in the building. Photograph was part of required federal and state documentation under the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS) of the site by the property owners and developers, Maxwell Place on the Hudson.
