Apartment building; H-shaped plan; 6 stories; 14 bays; brick façade except stone on first floor; tripartite division of façade with recessed center section and quoining on end sections; stone balconets on the fifth floor of the end sections; single 6/1 sash windows; flat roof; brick parapet; denticulated and festooned stone frieze; brick lintels and stone sills; stone window surrounds on second floor; central entrance with stone surround culminating in balcony and broken pediment window head; sidewalk awning; planter box enclosure on ground floor; stone sill course on second floor.
