Apartment building; E-shaped plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 4 bays divided by 2 narrow recessed courtyards; brick façade except stone on first floor; double 1/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; bracketed and denticulated cornice with paneled frieze and keystone arches above the courtyards; keystone arch labeled lintels on the fourth floor; brick lintels and stone window sills; central stoop, wood and glass double-door entrance with transom window, arched stone surround, and portico with columns and denticulated cornice; fire escape; stone sill courses on the second and fourth floors.
