Title page, pages [1]-19, Figures 1 - 11 (screened photostats; numbers1 - 7 are also catalogued separately in photo catalog 2005.079.0501 to .0507); appendix exhibit 1 (mimeographed leaf); appendix exhibit 2 (foldout plate, dated July 10, 1947). PDF on file which includes the separately catalogued photos and the enclosures discussed below. This copy belonged to Commissioner George J. Fitzpatrick of Hoboken as imprinted on lower right of report cover. The Museum does not own the original. Two laid-in enclosures are separately catalogued. cf. archives 2005.079.0019. A re-study dated April 27, 1949 from the same agency is archives 2005.079.0020. It had several enclosures. See that record for those catalogued items.
