Apartment building; H-shaped plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 6 bays except 5 bays on first floor; brick façade with panels and diamond ornaments; single and triple 4/1, 6/1, and 8/1 sash windows; flat roof; brick parapet with flat and pedimented sections; brick frieze with panels, diamond ornaments and denticulated string course; brick lintels and stone sills; central stoop, steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window and stone surround; stone sill course on second floor.
