Apartment building; H-shaped plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 8 bays on front façade including a deeply recessed central bay; patterned brick façade extending into the frieze; single, double and triple 6/1 sash windows; flat roof; brick parapet; brick lintels and stone sills; central recessed entrance with square newels and stone balusters; fire escape; stone sill course on first, second and fourth floors; string course below the frieze.
