The boy seen behind Grogan's left shoulder has a cap with a "B" and "Dodgers" shirt, evidently a Brooklyn Dodgers fan. No other team insignias or clothing are seen.

This was taken in the old Roosevelt Stadium in Jersey City. The year is either 1956 or '57 when the Dodgers played 7 games in each of those seasons in Jersey City. They moved to Los Angeles in 1958.
