Row house apartment building; rectangular plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 2 three-sided bays plus entry bay; brick façade; 1/1 sash bay windows except entry bay; flat roof; bracketed cornice with denticulated and paneled frieze; festooned and paneled friezes between bay windows; central stoop, wood and glass double-door entrance with keystone arch surround and denticulated frieze that reads: MAHOPAC; stone handrails; iron newel posts and railings; brick pilaster above entry bay extends into the cornice.
