Mixed-use row house apartment building; detached on one side; rectangular plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 4 bays except 3 bays on first floor; brick façade; single 1/1 sash windows per bay except entry bay and double 1/1 sash windows on first floor; flat roof; modillioned and denticulated cornice; festooned frieze; keystone flat arch lintels in stone or in stone and brick except plain flat arch lintels in brick on fifth floor, and stone sills; central stoop, wood and glass double-door entrance with transom and scrolled iron handrails, newel posts and railings; corbelled brick sill courses on third and fifth floors, stone sill course on first and second floors; denticulated and leaf-patterned cornice on adjacent storefront; stone water table.
