Mixed-use row house apartment building; rectangular plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 10 bays including 1 two-sided oriel and 1 pilaster; brick façade; single 1/1 sash windows except entry bay and storefronts; flat roof; bracketed and denticulated cornice with plain frieze; denticulated cornice above storefronts; alternating plain and crenelated flat arch lintels and stone sills; offset stoop, wood and glass double-door entrance with stained glass transom window, scrolled pediment, and iron handrails; 3 fire escapes with iron balconies and convex balusters; corbelled brick sill course on second and fifth floors, plain sill course on fourth floor.
