Apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 6 bays except 5 bays first floor; brick façade decorated with fleur-di-lis medallions; single and triple 3/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; crenelated parapet with pinnacles and carved panels; brick lintels except keystone lintels with labeled stone window heads on first floor and stone sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window and stone surround; stone sill course on second floor; stone string course below the parapet.
