Row house apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 4 bays except 5 bays on first floor; brick façade; 1/1 sash windows except elongated windows on first floor and entry bay; flat roof; bracketed and consoled cornice with denticulated pediment and paneled frieze; bracketed window heads and stone sills; central stoop, wood and glass double-door entrance with stone pediment and scrolled iron handrails, newel posts, railings and gates; pilasters terminating in scrolled capitals and corbelled ends; corbelled sill course on second floor; recessed panels below first floor windows; fabric awnings; crenellated quoins on first floor; stone water table.
