View is northwest and apparently taken from a floor of the Stevens Administration Building on Castle Point which is about Eighth Street. (Not an aerial, but is classified as one for research purposes.) At the lower left is Hoxie House, the residence of the President of Stevens Institute of Technology.
The Pennsylvannia Railroad was the predecessor to the Penn Central Railroad.
