Apartment building; rectangular plan; 3 stories plus raised basement; 7 bays front façade and 4 bays side façade; brick façade with patterned brick section, panels and diamond ornaments; 1/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; paneled parapet with gablets; cornice with diamond ornaments; soldier brick lintels and stone sills; central stoop, wood and glass double-door entrance with brick surround and iron handrails; stone sill courses on first floor; brick water table.
